PlayStation E3 2018 Round-up

With Sony in the strongest position in terms of exclusive games, they aim to strengthen their place at this years E3 by dropping more info on their latest exclusives. That means The Last of Us: Part 2 and Spider-Man!

The Last of Us: Part 2

Release date: TBC

Where is Joel? That’s the question on everyones lips after seeing the first gameplay shown of The Last of Us: Part 2. The trailer focussed heavily on Ellie in stealth mode taking on a series of enemies. There was no sign of The Infected, either. What we can say for sure is it looks amazing graphically and incredibly brutal. We can’t wait!

Ghosts of Tsushima

Release date: TBC

A new game from Sucker Punch Productions, exclusive to the Playstation 4. We were shown gameplay which featured some impressive combat mechanics, the violence was also extremely graphic, a theme of this years conference!

Resident Evil 2 Remake

Release date: 25th September 2019

This one was a bit of a shock! Resi: Biohazard came out in January last year but the original game was way back in 1996. The follow up then arrived in 1998 and now we’re getting a remaster in 2018, 20 years later!

Death Stranding

Release date: TBC

We got an extended look at Video Kojima’s new title ‘Death Stranding’. Although we didn’t understand what was happening in the trailer we’re still intrigued! Can’t wait to get our hands on it, it’s sure to be excellent. No release date yet.

Release date: 7th September 2018

The web slinger features heavily at this years presentation. Sony has shown off some really impressive looking gameplay.

We’ve waited a long time for a good Spider-Man game, and hopefully it does for Spider-Man what the Arkham Trilogy did for Batman. There’s not long to wait to find out!

Nioh 2

Release date: TBC

An announcement for the new Nioh game, Nioh 2! No other details, we’ll be happy with the announcement for now and will hold our breath for more info!
